True, the doc is more important than the country….but what do you do if something goes wrong? What if you have to come back and have something corrected? What if legal action ensues? I would recommend having any type of cosmetic procedure done here in the United States, preferrably by a physician with whom you are familiar. Check with the Board of Cosmetic Surgery, etc. and find out if there are any grievances filed with the physician. References :
