Dear Sir. please can you send me a copy of the Job which you give to the Doctor to fill it up. Recently my Lab worked a Nilon Valplas and we indicated that for this patient it would be better to make Acril than Nilon, but he insisted to uses Nilon and when we ingected the nilon in the mode the ingetion was not satisfying. So we ended with the expensis on our faces.
