any recommendations for a dental clinic in Marbella?

Hi there,
I have had dental work in Dublin, Ireland, which has cost me a lot of money. I have had 3 implants 1 on one side of my mouth and 2 on the other side, upper teeth. . Any idea what 4 dental implants would cost in the front?

a lot more than the sides. work in the front would have to be more carefully done since that is what people are going to see.
