Do Free dental clinics actually perform free services?

I was just googling some free clinics around my area and I was wondering how they work…..especially the free dental clinics. Do they give you like a general check-up and then suggest other dentists?

No they can do most work.You will need proof of income when you go if you have been working.

  2. My guess would be that they would provide the general services and then tell you to follow up with so and so. But just call and ask what their services include. And also make sure to ask what type of information you need to take with you to take part in their free clinic. Sometimes you have to have proof of income for the last 3 to 6 months….so get on the phone and get your duckies in a row :)

  3. i have never heard of a free dental clinic.

    in my town we have a university that has a clinic where the dental residents will work on your teeth for a fraction of the cost of going to a dentist.
