    Thank you odontica for the question.

    Well this right premolar was treated endodontically by the specialist 2 weeks before the procedure ( you may see the endo tratement in the movie if you pause it when showing the x-Ray),
    and immediately after the placement I splinted this tooth with the neighboring teeth with a rigid stainless steel wire and than put it under occlusion.
    (I didn’t show the remaining of the movie after the tooth placement, but may be I will).

    are you going to stabilize this tooth with any mean ? have you treated the transplanted tooth endodntically before ?

    how about the occlusion ? are you planing to put it out of occlusion ?
