Extremely difficult if not impossible. If there is thining or loss of bone in a narrow zone on side of implant, it may be possible, but to increase bone overall around it is not. Depending on the situation, some soft tissue grafting or re-doing the crown may be helpful to improve aesthetics. If these are not possible, and the there is a significant issue, then removal along with restoration of the bone / tissue and re-implantation may be the only option.</description>
